How do I place an order?
1. Use the online shopping cart where you can request an invoice or pay via paypal.
2. Contact DSL directly via email noting the product name, size and colour along with your delivery address and best contact phone number.

How long does the order take?
Some products are made to order while others we have in stock and can be delivered faster, we list the lead time on the product pages.
- The Lamberi & Modern classic collections can be sent out within approximately 6 weeks.
- Custom furniture designs, take an estimated 6 weeks to fabricate after the design has been confirmed.
Do you have a showroom?
DSL furniture is an online furniture store, we believe that high street retailers are expensive and the customer gets a raw deal. That is because everyone along the way takes a cut from the traders/agents to landlords. And you - our discerning customer - pay for that cut. So we take a stand: take on the high street to offer you beautifully crafted high-quality furniture at an affordable price point.
No warehouse, no middlemen. We're just a passionate team bringing a new way to buy furniture: cutting out the fuss so you can buy beautiful pieces at a price to suit.
Our Hong Kong office does have fabric and material samples. Contact us in advance of your visit to schedule an appointment.

Quality
DSL Furniture selects only high-quality products built for the European and US market, using only high-quality materials and finishes. Before sending all product, each piece of furniture is inspected carefully before being packaged for the delivery.
What are the finishes available?

Can the furniture listed on the website be modified?
Customers can select there prefered leather and fabric colours on the Lamberi & Modern classic collections. We may be able to alter the dimensions of some of these designs, contact DSL for more details.
The Hvar collection comes in set colours and dimensions only. We are able to make an adjustment to the Hvar wardrobe dimensions.
Do you have a minimum order?
Generally, we do not have a minimum order. However, there are some of the modern classic chairs, dining chairs and stools that do have an MOQ of 2, contact DSL for more details
How much is delivery?
DSL can assist with delivering orders to all locations. Prices will vary depending on location and amount of furniture required to move. Contact DSL for more information.
Can I get assistance with the assembly of the furniture?
DSL can coordinate a 3rd party professional to assist with any assembly work requested. We do suggest using a professional with large items such as beds, dining tables and wardrobes. All other furniture items require minimal assembly work, such as screwing on the legs to a coffee table or sofa or no assembly work. Contact DSL for more details.
Can I get information on International orders?
DSL can assist with all international orders and shipping, contact us for more information.
What material is the furniture?
Each Lamberi sofa is built slightly different but uses a eucalyptus wood frame, high-density sponge, goose feather and doll cotton, high-quality fabric or genuine leather.
The wood furniture is a combination of solid wood and mdf in a wood veneer or paint.
What is half leather?
Half leather is the combination of genuine leather and a matching synthetic leather. The synthetic leather is used on the back and side section of a sofa or chair.
